Description
The stainless steel knife from Bosign can rest on its handle without the blade touching the table or countertop below. Traditionally, butter knives are kept in the butter dish or perhaps on a bread plate. The Spreader Knife Air can be placed there, but it can also stand freely on a cutting board, cheese platter, or tablecloth, opening up other uses such as for soft cheeses, mayonnaise, and other spreadable toppings.
