How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €89. For orders below €89, a shipping fee of €10.90 applies (€7.90 Budbee).

How long does delivery take?
2–5 business days with DHL, or Budbee.

How can I track my order?
We ship your order with DHL to the delivery address you provided (and Budbee to the Netherlands and Belgium). Once your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel on the DHL website or in the Budbee app.

How do I return an item?

At designtorget.com you always have a 30-day right of return, except for custom-made products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In as-new condition

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we have received your return.
If you paid with Klarna Invoice and have not yet paid your invoice, the refunded amount will be credited to your invoice once your return has been processed. If your invoice is due before your return has been processed, you can log in to the Klarna website or app and pause your invoice, whether you are returning your entire order or only part of it.

How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, it must not have been processed yet. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing your order. We will then check with our warehouse to see if your order can still be cancelled.
