Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s).
Fast Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Your refund will be processed as soon as your return has been received and approved. If you paid with Klarna Invoice, you can log in to the Klarna website or app and pause your invoice while your return is being processed, whether you are returning your entire order or only part of it.

Returning an item to our online warehouse
To start a return, please email our Customer Service team at [email protected] and include the following information:
- Order number
- Item number (found on your packing slip or order confirmation)
- Quantity of each item being returned
- Reason for the return
Our Customer Service team will email you a return shipping label. You can either print the label yourself and attach it to the parcel, or present the QR code at your nearest DHL Service Point, where the label will be printed for you.
Once your parcel is ready, drop it off at your nearest DHL Service Point.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging, including any outer packaging. Please note that products delivered unassembled cannot be returned once they have been assembled, as they are no longer in their original condition. Seal the outer carton securely and ensure that the product packaging is not damaged. The return label must be attached to the outer carton. If the product was delivered without additional outer packaging, you may attach the return label directly to the original packaging.

How much does it cost to return an item?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. DHL return shipping starts from €10.90. Budbee from €7.90.
If you received a faulty item or the wrong product, we will of course cover all shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Please note that the original shipping charge paid when placing your order is non-refundable.
How will I receive my refund?

What happens to my Klarna invoice when I make a return?
Your invoice will be updated as soon as we have processed your return. Klarna will send you an email confirmation once the invoice has been adjusted. Any original shipping charges and return shipping costs will be shown on the updated invoice.
If your invoice is due before your return has been processed, you can log in to the Klarna website or app and pause your invoice, whether you are returning your entire order or only part of it.
Claims
DesignTorget follows applicable consumer protection legislation regarding product claims. The right to make a claim covers original manufacturing defects but does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.
If you receive a faulty product, you have the right to make a claim within 3 years of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
