Delivery with DHL

We ship all orders with DHL Parcel Connect. Once your order has been dispatched, you may be able to choose delivery to a DHL Service Point or your home address, depending on availability. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Europe. 

We offer free delivery to a DHL Service Point on all orders over €89. For orders below €89, a shipping fee of €10.90 applies.

If a parcel is not collected from the designated pickup point, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. With DHL, uncollected parcels are typically returned after 7 days. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a €10.90 return handling fee. Please note that any shipping charges already paid are non-refundable.

Delivery with Budbee

Budbee delivers orders to parcel lockers in the Netherlands and Belgium within 2–4 business days. We offer free delivery to a Budbee parcel locker on all orders over €89. For orders below €89, a shipping fee of €7.90 applies.
