1. Order

When you place an order on designtorget.com, you also agree to our terms and conditions of sale. A purchase agreement is not formed until Designtorget has confirmed the order via an email order confirmation. The order confirmation is generated automatically without manual review. In the event of any errors, such as in the stated price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct these retroactively. Always check that your confirmation is correct. Orders placed are binding. 

2. Prices

Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the ones applied for invoicing and billing. Any shipping fees and payment processing fees will be added. These will be shown at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 89 €.

3. Payment

Designtorget offers Kustom Checkout as a payment method, where private customers shop through Klara and business customers through Billie. After verification at checkout, Kustom Checkout will display the payment options available to you. You select your preferred payment option when you complete your purchase at checkout. For card purchases, Klarna reserves the total order amount until the order has been packed and shipped from the warehouse. For purchases paid by invoice, the invoice is sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase once the warehouse has packed and shipped your order. 

If an item is missing from your order, the cost will be adjusted on the invoice sent to you and the hold placed on your account if you paid by credit card.

In the event of a return, Customer Service will adjust or cancel the invoice or refund the money to your card via Klarna. It may take 2–3 business days for your invoice to be adjusted. For questions about your invoice and card payments, please contact Klarna/Kustom directly in the first instance.

In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

·       Buy Now, Pay in a Month

·       Monthly Invoice

·       Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

·       Bank account: Funds are debited within 1–2 business days.

·       Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

·       iDEAL (The Netherlands)

Invoice is the default payment option if Klarna approves you for invoice purchases.

Of course, you can also pay for all or part of your order with one or more of Designtorget’s gift cards. Simply enter your gift card details at checkout.

4. Delivery

Shipping Options and Shipping Costs
Designtorget offers free delivery to a pickup location for all orders over 89 €. You can choose a pickup location via DHL or Budbee. For orders under 89 €, we charge a shipping fee.

Delivery Time

2-5 working days within Europe. You can find information about delivery times for our various shipping methods here.

Exceptions to delivery times apply to items that must be ordered, for which an estimated delivery time is specified on the respective product page.

NOTE: During sales periods or major promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Track Your Package
You can track your order using the link provided in your order confirmation.

Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up from the pickup location, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. For these shipments, Designtorget reserves the right to charge the customer 10,90 €. Any original shipping fee will also be charged to the customer. Uncollected parcels are typically returned after 7 days.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You always have a 30-day return policy when shopping at designtorget.com. This is governed by the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Concluded Outside Business Premises. The return policy and right of withdrawal do not apply to products that have been specially customized for the customer. Before returning an item:
All items must be in the same condition as when they were received and packed in their original packaging with the accompanying outer box/packaging. This means that the right to return no longer applies once a product delivered unassembled has been assembled by you, the customer. This is because it is then no longer in the same condition as at the time of delivery. Seal the outer box securely with tape and ensure that the product box is intact. The return label must be affixed to the outer box. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Designtorget covers return shipping and shipping of a new item in the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item. In the event of a return, you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred at the time of your purchase.

6. Complaints

Designtorget follows the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines regarding complaints. Only original defects are covered by the right to file a complaint; this does not include, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear or improper handling. If a product is broken or defective, you as a customer have the right to file a complaint within 3 years, providing your receipt as proof. 7. Warranty

The warranty is provided in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

As of May 2018, the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL) has been replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Designtorget has summarized the new law in a Privacy Policy, which you can read more about here.

9. Cookies

A cookie is a text file sent from a website, such as Designtorget, to your computer, where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information and your shopping cart contents when you browse our site, among other things. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this in your browser settings. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.
