The products and prices presented are not a binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. The information on the homepage is subject to change by us and may be changed without notice.

When you place an order at designtorget.com, you also accept our purchase terms and conditions. When ordering, a purchase agreement is reached only when Designtorget has acknowledged the order through an automatically generated order confirmation email. In the event of any inaccuracies in, for example, the indication of price, delivery time, etc. we reserve the right to make the corresponding corrections afterhand. Please read through this email carefully, making sure that all information is correct, as orders made are binding.   1. Prices

The prices shown on the homepage at the time of the order are the ones that apply.The prices are stated in Euros (EUR) including VAT. Any applicable shipping and payment fees will be clearly stated and added at the time of check out, before confirming the order.

  1. Payment

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  • Pay in 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom , Germany, Sweden , Denmark , Finland , Austria and the Netherlands .
  • Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria , the United Kingdom , Germany , Sweden , Denmark and Finland .
  • Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card payments: available in all European Union countries. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com . Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

All payments are made in cooperation with Klarna, which is Scandinavia's leading provider of payment services. Designtorget does not store any payment information.

When entering your personal information you will be identified in Klarna Checkout. Regardless of payment method Klarna is fully responsible for the transaction. If you have any question regarging your payment please contact Klarna at +46 8 120 120 10.

  1. Refusal of transaction

To be eligible to purchase products from us on this website and form a contract, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen years of age
  • Register using your real name, phone number, email address and payment details
  • Provide a shipping address that is not a PO-box or Poste restante.
  • Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner or an alternative accepted payment method

We cannot accept your order if any of the following occurs:

  • If your payment is not accepted by out applicable payment partner
  • If we are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control – for instance, if a product has been discontinued by our supplier.
  1. Shipping information

We always offer free shipping on orders above €150. Standard shipping fee for orders under €150 is €10.

We pack your order within 1-3 working days from the time you receive an order confirmation and standard delivery time is 2-5 working days. If you have ordered a non-stock item, delivery will take longer, depending on stated information at the respective product site. Generally we do not arrange partial deliveries and the order will be shipped when all items are in stock. We deliver our orders outside of Sweden with UPS Service Point and PostNord. Please note UPS orders are delivered to a service point and not to any specific address. Please check specific information for your country below.

Standard Shipping:

Delivery time: 3-7 working days. Price: €10. Free shipping on order above €150.

If you have ordered a non-stock item, delivery will take longer, depending on stated information at the respective product site. Generally we do not arrange partial deliveries and your order will be shipped when all items are in stock.

Delivery partners: We deliver our orders outside of Sweden with UPS Service Point and PostNord Mypack Collect

We deliver to all European Union countries.

Delivery with PostNord is offered uniquely in the following countries: Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

  1. Exchanges & returns

*During Holiday season, enjoy full right to return your items up until the 7th of January. 

In compliance with the European Union E-commerce Directive, you have full right to return your order within 30 days from when you have received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and it is returned undamaged and in original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is a non-stock/ special order item, is specially manufactured or otherwise tailored to you. You stand for the return shipping cost yourself. We are of course responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping of new goods in the case of manufacturing defects or if you have received the wrong goods.

To return an item/order, please contact us at customerservice@designtorget.se to request a return shipping waybill. Please note this is the only way to secure your shipment and we do not recommend to ship a return with any other shipping services as we will not be able to secure the shipment. Please make sure to pack the returned goods well, in order to avoid transportation damage.

When returning, we will refund you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a more costly delivery than standard delivery). If the order is partially returned, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. A return shipping cost of €10 applies on all returns and is deducted from your refund. Refund/adjustment of invoice is made in accordance with original purchase.

Send with your delivery confirmation and write ‘Return’ for fastest handling. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact our Customer Service.

To exercise the right to return you must contact us in the alloted period and you need to send back the goods without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

If you live in the vicinity of one of our physical stores, you can return the goods there. Don't forget to bring your delivery confirmation with you. Refund/adjustment of invoice is made in accordance with original purchase. You will not receive money back directly in the store, only a devolution receipt.

To make an exchange you must return return your item/order to us and place a new order.

  1. Undelivered package

We charge €15 if you are unavailable to receive your delivery or if you refuse to accept your parcel. If you change your mind when the parcel already on its way, you have to receive the parcel and return it to us, otherwise it will be registered as not received and charged automatically.

  1. Complaints

Please contact us at customerservice@designtorget.se if any problems have occurred with your order. This includes problems such as defective products or in any other way incorrect orders.

It is important that you make a correct notification to us. Visible error/damage is reported immediately to our Customer Service. Less evident damages are reported to our Customer Service within 3 days of receiving the goods. We will naturally replace a product/order that we consider to be incorrect or damaged. We are responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping of new goods in the case of manufacturing defects or if you have received the wrong goods.

Transport damage must always be reported and claimed to the carrier upon collection. Save the packaging for any complaint. All parcels leaving us are insured.

  1. Right of withdrawal

You have full right to return your order within 30 days from when you have received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and it is returned undamaged and in original packaging. Please always contact us if you want to return an order to secure the return procedure. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is a non-stock/ special order item, is specially manufactured or otherwise tailored to you. Read more under Exchanges & returns.

  1. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us, if one of the following scenarios occurs:

  •  If we have insufficient stock and cannot re-order a product for delivery. For instance, when a product has been discontinued by the supplier.
  • Insufficient information was provided for us to deliver the goods
  • False information was provided by you in the ordering process

 

Laws

The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and constructed to comply with the EU E-commerce Directive.

We may change and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For each order, the Terms and Conditions put forth on this site at the time of the order are the ones that apply.
