The Elflugan original, designed by Marie Lundgren and Kina Strandberg, with its nineteen lamps, has become something of a modern classic. The Elflugan is of course excellent as advent candlestick but works perfectly as a lamp all year round. The candlestick came from a quick sketch on a napkin. The magic experience of a cluster of glowing fireflies gave the candlestick its name, The Electric Fly.
