“When I designed BiBo bee-hotels, I knew that bees are threatened all over the world. During my research I found out that every third species of bees in Sweden are red listed and that several species have already been extinct. We have about 290 different species of bees and some of them are wood-living solitary bees. One of the reasons why solitary bees are threatened today is the lack of suitable housing, so I decided to create a small house for these important creatures”.
