Jens Sandringer is a designer and innovator. The idea for the idea Rivsalt came when Jens lived in Beijing, during a dinner in a local Japanese restaurant.
“The chefs tore pink salt over our food right in front of us, and I thought it looked so awesome!”. Four years later, in 2013, the product was finished and started selling at Designtorget. Today, the product is available in several different varieties such as with pepper, cinnamon or ginger.
