Björn Dahlström

Björn Dahlström is one of Sweden's foremost Furniture and Industrial Designers. His designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and are often characterized by soft, basic forms.

Among Björn Dahlström's clients are Playsam, Kasthall, Hackman/Iittala, Skeppshult, Fjällräven, Pukeberg and Atlas Copco. He has received several awards, both nationally and internationally. Among other, “Utmärkt Svensk Form” (8 times), “Årets Möbel”, “Sköna Hem” and “Design Plus Prize Frankfurt”. He is represented at the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Björn Dahlström has been professor at Konstfack and taught at Beckmans School of Design.
