Bowl Cornflower Elsa Beskow
This bowl is designed by Catharina Kippel, who has interpreted and illustrated the classic collection from Elsa Beskow's fairy tale stories. This bowl has an image inspired by the famous story, "Virgo Bluebells and Her Friends" from 1908, with the popular figure of Blåklint (Cornflower).
Elsa Beskow is one of Sweden's most influential children's book authors and illustrators. Her stories and her illustrations were a dominant influence in the world of children’s books for more than 50 years. Her books have been translated into more than 20 languages and many of today’s children’s authors and illustrators have been inspired by her art.

Catharina Kippel
Designer Catharina Kippel is educated at Konstfack and has also studies classical burning techniques in ceramics in Japan. She is also a trained glassblower. She has worked with Design House Stockholm since the mid 90s and has given life to a number of award-winning porcelain series.
